Elizabeth & Cory // Bridgeton

Elizabeth & Cory // Bridgeton

Driving the back roads to Bridgeton was like opening a storybook of old-time America. The road weaved up and down and curved through small hamlets, fields, and woods. We arrived in town where the annual covered bridge festival takes place to find the bridal party and family setting up pews facing the Case 1822 Log Cabin. There was such sweetness as Elizabeth, the first of five siblings to marry, had her first look with her dad, sisters, and bridesmaids. The wedding took place on the log cabin steps and afterward we strolled the streets of Bridgeton and spent time for portraits at one of most famous covered bridges in the state. Later, we were back at the 1878 barn to celebrate. The purity, reverence, and heartfelt joy of the day was something we felt and cherished long after we went home. Many sweet blessings on you and your marriage, Elizabeth and Cory!
